why dont you just download the programme/movie like any1 else does its quicker than realtime recording and you dont need to chip/mod anything/box therefore warranty is intact

You chose to ignore my advise earlier in the thread, which in fact saved you about £80 in hardware and about 60 hours of reading I will tell you again, the only way you are going to get a safe service from cable now is pay for it.

I know, but I said "Safe Service", if you think I am gonna connect my virgin broadband to a public card service and get free virgin channels, I think they might spot what I am doing somehow'
