Default Starview 5 the box usb 2

I have lost my premium channels on st5 box. Did a factory reset and rescan still can only get basic channels.
Read on here about updating firmware but how do i find out which firmware i have now, Thanks in advance

Don't think it's n3 cos neighbour sv still work

you could try, menu, system info... this will tell you what firmware is installed.......
there is no new firmware.... after rescan, did you turn your keycode/emu back on.??
also would help if we knew your area, re nag3!!!!

Hi on checking system info i get the following information:
Model ID: C531
S/version: 2.03
Boot Version: b-21
Date: 23 Sept 2009
Live in teeside area and key code is on!
