Default Problem With Starview

Hi,

I have just installed my starview box, I have a slight problem with the ratio of the screen. Some of the channels display in full on my TV screen others are clipped

Can anyone help please

there is a problem witht the image we are all using the now i think last flash it wasnt so bad mabe next time be fixed ;-)

Will it make a difference if I use a different flash, I currently have the 257 on it at the moment

You need to flash it with the latest firmware version.

hi satsmo this guy i got box off says it has been flashed and should be ready to go but i cant get secrtet menu up can i have it reflashed? or could i do this myself?

Doesnt sound like its flashed press menu and system info and post what it says and yes you can flash it yourself, I will give you the info required.

hi satsmo i spoke to the guy who i bought the box off and he has swaped it so now i have cheaked it by pressing 1570 and it has worked so im sorted now so thank you joe
