Default sector 1

Hi after loseing my internet i have no choice but to us wireless now there is a few networks i pick up with my belkin network adapter the one i want to connect to is called (sector 1) i get full bars but it will not connect it is unsecured what it is i think is about 2 years my area where if u could not afford internet/pc a company would give u a pc and set you up on this sector 1 network any ideas how i might connect

Have you tried contacting the people that own/run the service? If they've any sense there will be some form of control over who can connect.

i did but the company that did offer the service has moved and no one i no has the pc's any more
