i have sent him emails about a purchase i am supposed to receive i have had parcel force on the phone telling me they are worried about the purchase i must contact the supplier .I have left 8 emails rang him.I received a tarcking number that says the supplier failed to send the item to me.I am going to have to go through the route of pay pal now very bad bussiness.I had other people wanting items from this shop lincsat nick - nack .Well about 15 people wanted items all where waiting for me.I am not happy with this site.Even if they come and said there has been a mix up.I could deal with this but no contact is very bad.So when ordering items be carefull.

why have you come on here and posted this? ... did you buy via the forum? ... your first post on the forum and it is to degrade a very trusted member/trader not only on this forum but on many other cable/sat forums.

I personally have dealt with lincsat quite a number of times ... and have NEVER had anything to complain about ... as I am sure 100s of members from techwatch and other forums will agree to ...

Is there a hidden agenda behind your complaint?

no hidden agenda just wanted too know where the product was.Yes i bought through site,Basically i dont care how upset you are with my post.It is free speech that is true.If you where contacted from parcel force .They said to you contact supplier about a problem.You phone him 3 times leave messages,You leave 12 emails.So no matter how much it upsets you get .ive paid im waiting and im not happy.! phone call Problem solved .Answer 1 of my 12 emails problem sorted.I have had contact of nick nacks now from pay pal claim.How did he let it get as far as a paypal claim.He blaimed parcel force for not returning product back to depot.Me as a buyer i dont want to here crap.Just a phone call or a email.If i am wrong i will hold my hands up and say sorry but i think i have had bad service.

with parcel force saying to me on the phone that they are very worried about transaction.I think everyone would think whats happened.So i tryed to get in touch to no avail.But i think he must be a busy guy.So heres the groveling bit.Im sorry lets blow up parcel force lol.They really put the wind up me.If any still feels put of by this.Believe ive looked around and it turns out nick-nack are a very good outfit.Honest and reliable everyone says.

I'm truly glad I'm not a retailer and sold something to you, you are a nightmare.

We ALL know that delivery companies are not always 100% reliable and we allow for that, we don't go prematurely spouting crap on the forums.

See you dont get the point ive said sorry.Basically if he replies to 1 of my emails or phone calls this is prevented.We can all say what a nightmare this customer is.DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT in the first instance.But i guess your just jumping on the band wagon.
