These pictures were taken from a house in St Albans last month.
The builder was laying the drive when he called me out to say he could see a cable sticking out of the road. To my surprise its a vermin media cable ! so i dug a piece of the drive out to bury the cable when i unearthed the cable joint. even the F connecters were loose & full of water ![]() Nice job Vermin ![]() IMG_0110.jpg IMG_0111.jpg |

looks like someone dug up the garden before you and slashed it. thats not a stock installation, thats a splice job.
Splices are totally allowed, should be in a proper splicing box mind you. |

As per hethemlrijk's post, the cable may have been laid in the analogue days (before you had the drive put in).
