NOT MY WORK ALL CREDIT TO THE AUTHOR. All I've done is make links non active, made pictures non-clickable and edited it a little bit
This is how you need to set the Box up with the cables below it gives with a null modem cable and a usb and null modem cable. The diagram of the box is an older one, but the same principle applies ![]() ![]() NOW IF YOU FOLLOW THE INFORMATION BELOW YOU WILL FIND YOU WILL GET YOUR BOX UPDATED IN NO TIME AT ALL. First of all you will need the KryptView Loader ![]() which can be downloaded from here: *******.com/file/pRBAe-QG/DownTool_0927.html Then you will also need to download the Bin file which you need to load on to the loader this can be downloaded from here: *******.com/file/5bj1gctD/Kryptview_A780_18052010.html (^ Replace the *'s with 4 s h a r e d(without the spaces)) Download both the loader and the BIN file and make sure to save them to your Desktop. Open the Loader ![]() Once opened you will have a box just like below. ![]() Click on the green tab download button on the top right hand side, ![]() Once you have pressed on the download tab (button) you will see another box open just like below, ![]() Press open on the loader and select the Bin file that you saved to your desktop earlier highlighted in yellow, ![]() Press open on the top box and the file will now load just like below with the Bin file selected. ![]() Now POWER off your Kryptview AT THE BACK, press Start then POWER the Kryptview back on. You should now see the firmware starting to load, ![]() Once done you will see download successful just like below , ![]() Once it has finished downloading the file to the box let the box reboot and then connect to a router/bridge. If you have an A780,there will be a port that has a sticker on it(pull this off),so that you can connect the receiver to the router via a straight through ethernet cable Then simply do an automatic scan. If you cant find your area, simple click the red button to scan for all. Your network should then look something like the attached pictures(exluding other devices such as PC's, netbooks, VOIP phones etc...) Once this is all done, Id urge you to move to another broadband provider(currently Orange is the cheapest, after VM) VM broadband+phone for £19! You COULD risk it, but I wouldnt tbh

Actually, it would probably be best to scan for "network" if "all" gets you no where. Sorry for the bump, but for those who are wanting to know how to flash an A780, they may get confused as to why its not working lol
