Default What happened to some channels

Hi
I bought a FTA receiver a few years ago and a dish mover so I could get a good variety of channels I set it up and did a channel search on Hotbird and Astra 19 and was suprised to see channels like Feugo showing full frontal, these channels were and still are phone in channels and are not encrypted, I got a bit disallusioned with it and stopped using it.
However after a bust up with Sky tv I decided to use it again and loaded all the channels from Astra 28.2 these I use frequently, I also looked again at channels like Feugo and many channels like it and all the full frontal content had gone and now only topless was showing, has there been some sort of legislation stopping this full frontal content ( I have not and have no intention of contacting these channels by phone , a waste of money )
