I am a complete clown when it comes to the technical stuff. Can anyone clarify to me exactly what needs to be done. I own a Eurovox Max, I live in Gloucester and I have Virgin Media. Can someone take me through a step by step guide as to what is it is exactly I need to do in order to get the channels back.

hi guys ive got the key numbers but its my 1st time,so how do i start as i dont hv menu in my remote,i know iam sorry but iam new,can any 1 help,i need to watch the match

I live in the wolverhampton area so tried the 4digit provider as this was the option i had tried the keys nothing worked so tried a rescan after that still no joy my provider is virgin

but do the areas still come under N*L or T3lew3st

Mate you click menu THEN PRESS YELLOW put in the new codes if you had telewest the provider number is 5A01
