Tried bigmaq for the codes but 2nd roll still not working am I missing something

woooooooooo hoooooo.. at last.. the 2nd roll code worked for me.. i now have all my channels back.. i cant tell you how happy i am, i was almost ready to put the lump hammer to the box LOL...

I have entered the codes, all the codes for all the providers. My area provider is west of the tele but i still keep getting the message "Please wait...Updating Codes." Has anyone had any success? or is this still a nationwide problem.

Please help i am at wits end.
