Hey folks,

Just watching the World Cup on BBC just now and wondered if it would be broadcast on the HD channel. It is, however when I go to select it, I am informed that I haven't subscribed to the channel.

I went to see which package is required for BBC HD, and their website says it is availible on the M package which I am on. And I already have V+.

Why am I not receiving this channel?

(Also, just a brainstorm, but would forcing an update of the firmware on the box solve this issue? And if so, how can I do this?)

wouldn't a better option be to ring VM and ask why you can't get the HD channels?

This happened to me and had to ring 151 they got it up and running within minutes.
