Sky card sharing help!

Hello,

I am completely new to this sky card sharing stuff. However i want to start learning it so i hope someone can help me out. I did cable modding but now thats coming to a end. I want to have this as my new hobbie. I don't know much about it but for the information i have found i will need a dreambox and a card sharing subscription. That's all i know so ill be thankful if someone can give us a start to begin doing card sharing ill be very thankful. I have a few questions relating to it so if someone can answer them this hopefully will let me understand about it a little better.

1. Can I use any diffrent box apart from a dreambox like a Sky box?

2. Once i buy a box does it need flashing or modding in anyway?

3. Once i buy a subscription does the card need modding in anyway?

4. Whats the cheapest and best reliable card sharing website to buy from?

I need all information I can get to begin so please help me. Remember i am a newbie. Don't know where to begin.
