R4 Errors

The R4 card, my girlfriend is downling things on to it but is having a lot of problems when creating a save file, when she does it it says "do you want to create a save file" click yes it then says "The save data could not be accessed. Please turn the power off and reinsert the DS card. if we click no it doesnt load up.

any idea lovers??

Firstly you shouldnt have the r4 card in while downloading stuff, They can brick the card and if i remember rightly you will never be able to play your backup games on a r4 card again, you would need to buy the latest cards (M3i)

Any chance you have put the wrong firmware off.......turned off the ds.....give the card a wipe ? Reinsert then what ?
