i bought a new jazeera sports card to watch the world cup.it was working fine for the first two days(with some transmission delays in between).but from yesterday morning both these channels are not working.i am getting a message that these channels are scrambled.i retuned to the new frequencies but still getting the same message.i deleted all the channels and did a new scan.the channels are showing up in the list but still getting the same scrambled message..any suggestions plssss

Have you tried removing the card and then reinserting it?

yes.i did that also.i removed the card and reinserted it again.
did a full reset of the receiver and rescanned.
the channels are showing up in the list but with a scrambled message

in nilesat the channels are coming in the list but when i select the channels it says scrambled.can someone tell me how to tune to other satellites like BADR 6.what is the LNB Frequency for this satellite ?

its working fine now...i called up the service provider and gave them my smartcard number.they activated it for the SECOND time....
