Starview box problems!

Ive just got the starview 5 usb and its displaying No signal.

Im from Nottingham NTL, and would like to know whats the problem? Everything is in properly where it should be

You do know the Starview5 is only going to open the 12 or so free channels even if you get the signal sorted.

You should check that your cable feed is live and there is no damage to the cable or connectors.
