I have a 500s none of the mtv channels have sound the picture is ok, what could the problem be.

it could be an image fault try another.

just press audio then select english whilst on channel and all sound will be back

soon u have click audio on all ch's reboot the box and it well save it

changing the Apid number would also do the job perfectly fine.

Infact I have a issue on my box where that NAR has to be selected for the audio to work and that does my head in.

However I am gonna add the APID numbers and test it out and see if that solves the issue.
