Default Problem Starview 3

Hello
Recently I removed the starview box while I put in a new TV stand and when I reconnected the box back in all channels were scrambled. I have the exact same box upstairs so I tried that box downstairs and it work perfectly, so its not a signal problem. I put the scrambled box upstairs and its still scrambled. I have tried reseting and researching channels, but it hardly finds any channels and the ones which are found are scrambled. I have got round problems on the starviews in the past but dont know whats happened with this one, any ideas???
Thanks

menu > factory reset > switch it off at the back > switch it on > scan your channels > 1570 > Key emu ON > set default key.

exit 3 times

Thanks but I have tried that many times and all channels are still scrambled. The search is a lot quicker than usual and dosent pick up that many channels.

are you scanning on the correct provider
you could also upload your channel data to your computer from the one thats working ok and load it to the one thats not working.
