If it says on your screen, 'Insert Smart Card' or 'Scrambled Channel' then you have been Nagra 3'ed and it's the beginning of the end. If you subscribe to Virgin you should have received a new viewing card.

You will get about 3 weeks from getting the card to losing everything. There are no fixes or workarounds or keys to make your box still get these channels when they have gone.

Times up I'm afraid.

as far as I'm aware Birmingham is still OK
the channels may have moved to a different frequency
try doing a default reset and powerscan
