Pace DI 1000T

Hi guys
I’m having trouble with pace 1000T box that was working fine until it revert it self to the old TW software and will not take update coz the NET ID isn’t set.
Now I have tried to get into the EM menu with no success, forced update, heat atmels both on the motherboard and on the simm as well, tried libby no response, I’m running out of idea…
No we are not on N3 yet my box is working fine this is my neighbor’s box.
Box display goes from PACE >> NIT>>TUNE>> ERR4, it did run through the numbers few times but got stuck on PAT, Any ideas please? apart from through it in the bin

if ur not in tw area take it to that area to update.

Here is what ERR4 means:

Err4_ Flash Fail or can't find platform object

It would appear that the box is having trouble taking an update. I'd say that the only way to update this box would be to swap ATmels with an identical box that is already on the latest TW software but it's more hassle than it's worth to be honest mate. Just for the record Chris31560, ERR3 is related to insufficient or faulty NVRAM.
