Default eurovox max 3 in suffolk help needed please

if anyone can help me out here please i have had a eurovox max 3 for over a year. i used it in the east london area and all was fine with all chanels.
i have now moved to the ipswich area and there is no default setting's the area. i have set default to luton and get some chanels. i only get 4 sky movies. no sky sports 3. no sky sports extra. no setanta sports i only get 1 kids disney.

i have now done the default setting for leicester and still dont get all chanels
no sky movies at all still no sky sports 3 and a few others

is there a way to change the default area with the max 3 if so how is it done please

or is there anyone else in the suffolk area that uses the max 3 if so can you tell me please what area you use to get all chanels or any one else get the same prob

i do get more chanels with the leicester area but all sky movies are missing

sorry to be a pain it is driving me mad here can i do a power scanwith all the chanels at once cos when i do a power scan it only scans the 1 chanel
i.e chanel is frequency 4600.000 it will only scan through that i chanel and does not scan them all at once

hope use nice people can help me out here please many many thanks for your time.

all you need to do is delete channel data by selecting clear data ,then do a full power scan if you are TW then you just scan id ntl then you change the symbol rate on the power scan to 6.887 then scan or you can select any area as areas are just tw ,ntl etc
