ok i just got the max 232 for the serial port, the modem is flashed, but i cannot change the mac, 250 config just says stopping channel scan, and then freeses till i pull the power cable out. and on ambit tool all i get is retrieving mac address then freezes with a runtime error 5 , in hyperterminal no luck there i cannot stop the scan when i paste text to stop it all i get is Http Configuration Server: POST request is not for us!
the reason i got the lead was to change the address as cannot do it via the ethernet

Is the modem running on Infinite firmware? If so, update it to Haxorware and change the MAC using it's GUI.

i cant get to the webpage just get some unreadable text so i,m at a loss i get the p option type the addy in terminal press return then nothing at all just a blank screen
