magic files

i am having problems transferring magic files onto my dbox, i have succesfully managed to flash my dbox and all i have to do is transfer the magic files however i am having problems connecting flash fxp to my dbox. It tells me to input ...

server or url
user name
password
remote path

what do i have to fill in to all of these?
