Default Keeping the signal live after cancellation

We've recently cancelled our services with VM and our currently serving our 30 days notice. Just wondering what the chances are of VM keeping the signal live after our official switch off date so I can Hax the modem?

I know it's not exactly a question that can be given a definitive answer to but just wondering what the current trend is? Are VM currently switching the majority of customers off completely or are they leaving many still live?

If you've cancelled yourself recently or know somebody who has, what did VM do?

My mate cancelled his services around 2 months back and signal is still active for him if memory serves me right

When i cancelled mine 3 months back the feckers disconnected me from the outside of the drive way and also they disconnected me from the Green boxes as well.

its all down to the engineer tbh... if hes feeling lazy on the day then he wont bother to disconnect ya.

True, they may have disconnected you from the cab (DP's), but never from your "Tee".

The closest thing I've seen to this, is in Scotland where the DP's were actually in the service man holes.

There is no point flashing haxo as it will not work.... in the end! Change the mac in in the origanl vm firmware as this will be the only way to stay on line!!
