Hello ppl,

I have just bought a Elite HD and have a basic problem. I have everything already connected (antenna to cable in) and the antenna settings does not appear on the TV channels menu. What do I have to do? Thank you all for any help u can give, I have searched all over the net and didn't find anything.

Ok! welcome in!!! check that you coax is plugged in at the bottom then check in settings/channels if your LNB power it's set to on. But you should give more details about your system first.

hi digitaly, thank you very much for your answer. Someone helped me on another forum, it happened that the guy who sold me the decoder gave me a cable one not a satellite one. I am waiting the satellite one to arrive to try it. If I have any problems I'll come back here to solve them. Thank you again. See you.

You can have both tuners in Cable and Sat. So keep it and ask to give you the tuner only :-)
