Recommend me a quadband mobile phone(for temp use)

Hi all, Im going abroad on the 27th(though not to my liking lol, but its a family thing etc..), and Ill be needing a mobile phone with the following requirements:

• can call
• can text
• has a web browser
• can download a working Opera mini app
• Has to be quad band
• Relatively cheap(the cheaper the better)

The reason Im wanting to purchase a phone to use abroad is because of the following reasons

• My phone would cost £35 to unlock, or considerably more if I bought the relevant hardware
• Its worth about £120(Nokia 5800 Xpress) on the used market, and is a likely target for thieves. I had my portable DVD player stolen 3 years ago,when I was abroad lol

Im thinking about:
the LG cookie
the Samsung S5230

Though Im obviously wanting something nice and cheap Also, it wouldnt bother me if the phone had girly colours etc, as they tend to be a little cheaper

If it does get stolen, then Ive lost a cheap phone. If not, then it can always be sold on
