Live in glasgow so i guess this is a N3 region. Is my dbox2 goosed or can i update. Newbie so not got a clue.

If you have had a new card recently
And your sub is running 3.7 software
Your d box has had it
For a while anyways,But dead maybe not
But its to early to say,When all GB goes N3
We will see wot options if any are available for D box users ........PAUL

hello paul

i recently got sent a new virgin smart card. havent inserted or updated it yet into the the virgin box but most of the dbox channels have gone but i still get sky sports 1 ,2,3.etc. some free sub channels have gone too.
my mums box is the same too.

i think virgin might have updated or cut the channels not sure. have re scanned..will a new image improve it as i may have to finally insert the smart card and it will all be gone anyway
any advice
