Eurovox Max3 Loading New Software - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Yes me again
not havin much look loading the new software to my Eurovox Max 3. Does the RS232 CABLE which i have connected in my comport on my PC connect straight into the RS232 Connection at the back of the Eurovox Reciever. I powered up the box cleared data first erased all channels open the voxer 21070 click start (searching for Eurovox on comport 1 then the error box comes up ) am i right in saying theres no programmers that have to be used.

check your COM port settings in device manager,i had to disable my bluetooth devices and disable all other COM ports

Hi, I had a similar problem, however I used dnupman and loaded the firmware in boot mode and there after my boxed started working.
