Only second time posting on the forum, so please forgive in advance due lack of knowledge!

I am Eurovox user in Glasgow. I have lost tons of channels. So, having read through some threads I did a factory reset etc with various symbol rates. but still no channels found. Any ideas? Is box now useless.
Any help much appreciated...

Glasgow is now on nagra 3 encryption which is the end of the line for these boxes, no more fixes

yep....all over in Glasgow (im from glasgow too) i managed to get the free installation from vm and am very happy with the v+HD box....the offer ended on 30th tho....but maybe they will come up with another one

Cheers guys. Since I posted, I have managed to get channels back at mo , including sports, tho no e**n, and "4" channels.

what channels have you got back.i cant seem to get channel 5 and the comedy central and movie channels!!!!

Have all S*y Sports, but no E**N, no Comedy channels, and no Movies, have all Channel 4 networks and Five plus quiet a few others!...
