Am paying £57 for net 10mb, tv xl, and phone incoming only, any good ideas on how to get a discount don't think am even getting a loyalty discount tho i've been with them three years now.

I've tryed everything short of telling them am leaving i see others with better packages getting better deals every time i call they say thats the best they can give me.

hi rang canceltion 2 weeks ago now got 10mb bb and talk unlimited includes phone line rental and xl tv with samsung hd box i pay £42.50 just said i was going to sky

Thats not bad , I rang them this evening to see what they could do. got through to uk guy and bloody systems were down lol typical....

I pay £42 at moment for 20 meg and phone line, but now need tv

Who says I have been stealing....

I just called them and I got

Tv XL, phone inc talk unlimited, bb XL for £47.99 not accepted it yet is it worth it that with a v+ box... free install and no box fee
