Default my eurovox ex7000 hd does not work

hi
i hope someone can help my eurovox ex7000 hd does not work all that happens is all the green l.e.ds on the front pannel light up and no picture or menu screens.i have tried power off and back on still no luck

So I assume that your not able to get the FTA either??

if its just PPV channels then you would need to state your area as you could be in an N3 area now.

@cossiedave

you need to reflash firmware from usb back onto your box and then powerscan for

transponders/channels.

no menus can mean firmware failure.

Hopefully you can download the firmware onto usb sick,insert back of box ,switch power on [back] this should re-install menus for you then scan.

thanks for that i do not have any ppv fta no chanels or even the welcome screen i will try the firm ware and see how iit goes

Hello People.

I seem to have lost all the +1 hr channels since middle of the week. Have rescanned 3 times now but with no success.

oh and both sky real live channels are gone too.

Any thoughts?
