Default split signal

hi is it ok for me to split a signal 1 going to my lounge primary to a dreambox 500s the other to my bedroom technomate secondry and will both boxes move my moteriesd dish .thanx in advance.

they both need a seperate connection if they are used at same time

If you use a quad or a twin LNB you will be alright. If you use a splitter then the signal strength will be too low to watch TV let alone move your dish.
