Default Help Urgently Needed

Hi I need help. I have just did a service scan on my d-box to try to get back some lost channels and now it has come back saying no channels found and I have lost all my channels. Can anybody help?

Who is your cable supplier and what settings did you have it on ie UKcable 6852 for TW?

Hi, Thanx for replying. The setting were exactly as you stated. I did another scan and have got the channels back plus a few that were lost but unfortunately all the channels are as single bouquets with just code numbers. It looks as though I may need to rename and sort out lists.
Any quick way of doing this? I cant connect to the computer as yet as I dont have a network cable to connect with.

There's no easy way of doing it without connecting to your PC the best way is to delete all the bouquets and save on exit. Go back into boquet editor and you will have just one list called "all Channels". The next time you scan you cab avoid this by changing the Boquets section in the scan menu to "upodate Existing" if any channels have moved they will appear in the "all Channels" section and you can just move them into your existing boquets.
