Default factory reset

Hi all
just a quick question
does it matter which location i choose when i do a factory reset
i live in the north east englandand the only options are as below
Birmingham
Croydon TW
E.london ex C&W
Luton
Primacom
Wembley
Wolverhampton TW
TW Edinburgh
Gatwick 1
Hounslow 1
newhons

which one should i choose as all over 100 miles away
going to attempt reflashing the newest version if reset doesnt sort out poor channel searches

you will be in TW area then just delete channel data ( clear data ) and do a full power scan if ntl change symbol rate to ntl and scan, you can select any area if you wish but all the areas do is rotate between ntl or tw etc
