BE WARNED went back 2 Vermi full subs got HD box had nothing but trouble ,9 day wait for egineer. For gods sake go to Sly vermin will kill you.

Believe me, Sky are no better when it comes to sorting problems. At least with VM they are usually sorted free-of-charge. Sky nearly always find a way of charging to fix a problem !
