I reflashed my box for the first time at the weekend and used Dnupman, worked fine. Last time I did anything with my channels I used the channel manager. I have not used the Voxer yet to flash my bios but was wondering how you edit the channel with it.

you can upload your channel file to pc then save ,then you can open the file and edit ,group into favorites etc or if you have a file sorted with channel manager on the other box why don't you upload and save this file to your pc then simply download to the other box useing dnupman or voxer ,with voxer you must checlk the 8 fav in the option box and always delete channel data from box ( clear DAta ) before downloading channel file

My box is working great with all the channels all sorted in particular order. In fact my channel order is so good my six year evens tells his mum what channels she needs when she is looking for something to watch to save her flicking through everything! I could really do with a backup so if it went belly up I wouldn't have to re-arrange them manually. You will have to excuse my ignorance as I have not tried the the voxer yet. Do you need a particular filename to upload it to your pc?

Last time I pressed pressed alphabetic by mistake and totally screwed up channel list. Took me nearly an hour to get it back to anything normal. I will hook it up to my pc and save the channel list. Thanks m8.

I have found that the usb converters are never a 'true' converter. You might be better off getting a null modem of ebay and connecting your box to a desktop.

Using a USB, you need to ensure it allocates a COM port of 1-4. 6 is usually the default. You would probably also need the null modem lead.
