Good Morning

I live in Wolverhampton & bought my eurovox ex5000 pvr about 2 years ago. I have lost most of the channels. Are we supposed to be getting new cards to insert into the eurovox box to enable the lost channels to work gain?

To tell you the truth, I am getting a bit confused here!! Are you referring to the Virgin Media cards? because I got one of them a few weeks ago.

Finally, if they are different cards (made especially for eurovox), where would I get one from and where would I insert it?

Thanks in advance for your response.

The cards that people talk about are Virgin Media viewing cards. You need to put these into your Virgin Media cable box, NOT your Eurovox. Your Eurovox is totally useless now apart from as an FTA receiver and will NEVER again receive the channels it used to..

If you got a new card, put it in your VM box to continue to get the channels you pay for. Put the Eurovox in the bin.
