Hi there can anyone help i too have a Euro Vox Max and ive last all channels ive tried to delete them and re scan with power scan and auto scan but i cant get no channels. Also i noticed when i used to auto scan it said there was 30 (you see them on the page were it says modulator etc) but now i only have 1 can anyone help please thanks

This happened to me on tuesday aswell, i have the same box but my problem is that it will not let me manual scan and when i do the power scan all the channels come up bu it says searching. When this has happened before it came back within a couple of hours.Have virgin done us with a virus because its happened to us all on tuesday.I have deleted and power scanned a few times now to no avail coul anyone help please or are we all in the same boat?

Have you updated to the new firmware?
