You can try a factory default reset then deep scan to see what you get back mate, but I think you'll be wasting your time. Search the site for references to Nagra 3 and all will be revealed.

In short, it's a new encryption system that Virgin are using that makes all non-subscribed cable boxes totally useless. All you'll end up with are the standard terrestrial channels (1, 2, ITV, 4 and Five).

There are no cracks, workarounds or fixes for these boxes. The only way to get the channels you want are to subscribe to either Virgin or Sky. Alternatively, you can look at the Kryptview A780.

When it all does go belly up, at least we still have 'Come Dine With Me'.

The Kryptview is a different kind of box that does what the Eurovoxes used to do but it does it in a different way. It uses a process called card sharing, but that is a forbidden subject on the forums.

Google is your friend though. Hope you find the answers you seek.

hi phil.got some channels .but not all of them.think i need to flash box.where can i get flash for it on web.if poss.thanks

If it's been working and now you're losing channels, flashing the box will have no effect whatsoever unfortunately. If you want to try anyway, then google Bigmaq toolbar, download it, install it and look under fixes on the toolbar. Then download the software to your pc and flash your box.

Hope you have some success but in all honesty, the results won't be worth the effort. Sorry.
