hey guys i have a 2110c the pin is inactive and says call them to activate it. it has everything accept movies due to pin number and it wont boot to engineers menu either so any help would be great. thanx

Hi, I have the same problem, but I can go to eng menu..I am a newbie here...Could anyone help how to fix this?

I can view all but movie and international channels.

You need to either find out the pin or reset it using a Funcard. There's plenty of information on the forum.

if you take the power lead out hold the power button and ok left and right put the power lead back in the will reset the box you should see it go to ld06 then you should get in the eng menu to set the pin

i know that ive done it on other boxes but the box i was working on didnt let me
