hi,new te all this and trying to understand it all,my dm500 is down and i was wondering if i could try flashing with the image thats allready on it,(never flashed before)and how would i do it,hav wireless and ethernet cable,image i hav at moment is digitalwords dream 1.6.also does my box need to show a mac address as mine doesint its all just zeros,thers an ip address but no mac,anyone help me out and explain what i should do,be in yer debt,am in west end e glasgow.

Glasgow is N3 now so no fix available.
