hey guys

My mate has a Eurovox Max, local boy installed it for him etc. local guy has moved somewhere, so cant get his help. The Box Worked well for the 4 moths now the sky Sport channels r not working.

He's tried to Powerscan all day. Didn't recover the channels.

Location is nr leeds, North East England.

What can he do to get the channels back?

Just auto scan all the channels.

Thanks mate...Done that aswel. he has done Autoscan and Powerscan. It hasn't worked

Most of the Channels have stopped working now.

Try a manual scan just of the band that sky is on.... It worked for me

did he/you make sure you erased the channel data before powerscanning and making sure proper symbol rate was selected ?..
