If I remember correctly, there was no router in the begining, you connected through your set top box, and the max was 1 meg through the STB, then the external routers came, and increase started from there, I bet there are still some peeps going therough there STB, now unless they have changed it somehow, wont they be on 1 meg and dont realise it.

Yes you are spot on. we have many customers that can have a free (or small fee) migrate to 10mb from the STB bb. But many customers are of with the BB and cant be bothered to wait in for a technician visit...

anyone on a smaller BB package will have some description on the bill. As a bussiness virgin dont want people with the old STB's because they cant sell them the next superfast BB, every time they call.

And we have to sell.. thats what virgin is all about now SELL SELL SELL. and unfortunately, customer service takes a back seat.
