I Have Got A Brand New Eurovox Max 2007 And Have Downloaded The Voxer Programme And The New Firmware For Eurovox 2007. I Have Also Connected The Rs232 Cable With My Computer And Box. When I Try And Flash The Firmware, The Voxer Sometimes Says It Is Unable To Find Eurovox Or Gets Stuck At 0%. Can Anyone Help? Am I Not Doing Something That I Should Do, What About The Device Settings For The Com Port... Any Help Would Be Appreciated.

Loading firmware,
I have flashed

numerous boxes and I find DnUpman better for formware and Voxer for .cdf files.
There is a new Max V firmware release Sept 07 already pre-loaded into DnUpman.
Open prog and hit download - job done

Also I forgot to ask.
May sound like a silly question but do I need to have the box hooked up to TV and cable feed when doing the flash?

no need to hook up to cable to flash ,use dnupman if it can't find com 1 then you select it if dnupman can't find the max ,then pull power lead out and in

Hi,
My box was working for a few months then died and just stays in stand by with the only the red standby light.

your box is stuck in standby you need a jtag from TMC on ebay to repair it ,ive mentioned this today in a reply ,jtag for eurovox is £17
