Hi libra93,
it would help a great deal if you put your system information in your profile.
Have you got a motorized dish?
It would also be useful if you started a new thread in the relevant section, as posts in someone else's thread, which is also known as hi-jacking a thread, tend to get overlooked.
You don't need the UK Cable section, or the downloads link, as all your software is available form alsat.
You might want to look through the Technomate section:
Technomate - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums
and then post some more specific questions., with more detailed information regarding your setup and requirements.

dont think he has his motor set right set up on thor and have a read in motor set up might help , that what i done over 20 years ago and we did not have fourm for help then , like we have now

i have tried 3 times to get my activation email from alsat,and still it hasnt come after 3 weeks

..maybe they dont like me

It could be getting caught by a spam catcher, check your junk mail folder.
