2nd sky box

Just a bit of an update,

I have a quad LNB and had the 2 cables running into both my rooms. But only had a normal box in the bedroom. As per my original post I got hold of an additional Sky+ box , connected it up and called sky. They were to my suprise very good and matched the card&box whilst i was on the phone and it came on a worked instantly!
JOB DONE......

Until the Sky+ box I inherrited started making weird noise on a night and as its in the bedroom this got on my wickI decided to upgrade to Sky+HD. I did this online through MYSKY and found it was free if you choose self instaltion(free box deliverd by post) its just another £10 on the Sky bill (which is about £95 now) but thats another issue!!

Anyway, it came within 3 working days, I plugged it in called Sky and hey presto Sky+HD(which is amazing BTW) also moved the Sky+ box upstairs did the same - jobs a gud un and im all happy.

In hyndsight I dont know what I was so worried about Sky make it so easy to swap your boxes !
