Default Zone 1 dish (28.2) + Zone 2 dish monoblock (13,19.2)

How would I connect that two dish setup to a DM800HD?

The Monoblock would already be using a DISEQC splitter and as I understand it I cannot add another into the line?

Would some type of switch work where I have to manually switch every time I swap between dishes?

You could use a manual A-B switch, but you would have to alter the settings on the Drembox each time. Better would be to add an Uncomitted DisEQc switch, which will allow the cascade between reciever and monoblock, that way all the switching is automatic.

Uncomitted DisEQc switch look and sound a littlle bit expensive.

I think I might be better off going with 2 lnbs or with a manual A-B switch.

It wouldn't be too much bother to change settings on the Dreambox if I only do it to watch the football right?

Btw could I get away with one of the new mkv4 dishes instead a zone 2 for 13+19.2?

I'd go with the 2 LNB's personally, then you can connect all three up with a diseqc switch. I really couldnt be bothered altering settings each time, but if that suits, the manual A-B will work fine.

A zone 1 wont do 13/19e, the lnb centres have to be too close together.
