Default Eurovox long gone but not getting all Freeview now

Hi

MY eurovox is long defunct, we had N3 down here months ago.

I was still using the eurovox box though, just to get the Freeview channels but I was missing lots of channels, like FilmFour.

I got a virgin Vbox in the hope that it would pick up all the Freeview channels but it just picks up the same as the euro.

How do I get all the freeview channels, anyone know?

Ta

(if this is in the wrong thread please move it)

I dont think vermin broadcast the freeview channels (ironic!)as a standard platform, as hum said the only way to get anything is to subscribe or get a freeview box!

Thing is I've got no aeriel and it's a couple of hundred quid to put one with a couple of feeds to different rooms, that's why I was using the euro in the first place...

Irony - getting all those lovely channels for so long and now not even getting all the free one's! karma!

To be honest though I don't miss the euro...

i dont have an aerial run into that room, but the aerial on the roof runs into a splitter and that has a spare connection - so it looks like am gonna have to get my ladders out and crawl around the loft to run a cable to use the TV's built in freeview

get an aerial fitted for about £40 to £50 then get a splitter for about £20 and a roll of cable for about £25
