Default 20 meg macs are there obsolete?

i,m asking as every mac i use are 10 meg, i get slowdown for say 2 hours but all i do is switch macs, but as 20 meg goes its a waste of time as they only last for about 10 mins, and i got 100s but all 10 meg

20MB MACs are rare yes. You can find them if you are in an area where lots of people are subscribed to 20MB but apart from that, you'll have to make do with 10MB i'm afraid. But hey, it's free!

Im still on really old 20mb macs I got from a mate well over a year ago..

Most of the 20Meg users are now migrated to the newer overlays so unless you scan from a 20Meg modem you wont see many and even on the correct overlay you probably wont see that many.

Best time to scan is, as its always been, just after VM has had an outage when all the subbed modems are trying to get back online. You usually see hundreds of em !

so why is it in a lot of your posts you say for people 2 pay for subs saying you will never have a cloned modem as you think its bad 2 get free internet ???

Just been told that modems running 20Mbit MACs have gone down in the TW area.

yep im in tw and no macs are working i had a list of 400 macs and none of them work...
