Default sky buying vm

anyone see the news yesterday they were saying sky is buying out vm if thats the case why have v m rolled out nags ? it does not make sence does it ?

Sky have bought the TV side of it, and probably one of the conditions was they where on Nag3

They are only buying the VM channels and not VM as a company
