ddigital plus digital receiver problem

guys,

I have this ddigital plus box i got from a friend of mine and its system information is as follows:

API Ver : 4.63e_E
Boot Ver : 7.0
11.28.2008

It was working fine for the past few months and i was able to view all channels but suddenly all of them have stopped working.i have no cable to attach to a computer .so i need to know how to fix it .if i need ot have a new firmware where do i find it ...if i need to do that where can i buy the cable for the same .
